My domain is stuck on pending

Two different things can look like 'pending', and neither means you did anything wrong.
Registration in progress. Endings we register by hand with the Somali registry, above all .so, go through a review step that normally completes within 24 hours. You will see the order steps in your dashboard, and we message you on WhatsApp when the name goes live.
Verifying ownership. For domains connected from another company, we wait for the DNS settings you copied to spread across the internet. That can take anywhere from an hour to two days, depending on your provider.
Do not buy the same name again or re-order while an order is pending, duplicate orders slow everything down. The dashboard status is the truth.
