I can't log in

Almost every login problem comes down to one of three things: the wrong email, an expired code, or signing in a different way than you signed up.

  1. 1Confirm you are using the same email address you created the account with, not a second inbox you also own.
  2. 2Check your spelling, and check spam for the verification code. Codes stop working after a short time, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.
  3. 3If you signed up with a password, use Forgot password to reset it. If you signed up with a code or Google-style method, stick to that same method.
  4. 4Try a different browser or your phone instead of your computer, this rules out a stale session on one device.

Creating a new account will not recover your sites, sites belong to the original email. Always recover access to the original account instead.

Locked out completely? Message us on WhatsApp with the email on the account and roughly when you signed up. We verify you and get you back in.
