Every payment produces a receipt you can file for your business records, tax preparation or the bank.
- 1Open Billing in your dashboard (/dashboard/billing).
- 2Find the payment in your history, newest first.
- 3Press Download beside it. A printable document opens in a new tab.
- 4Save it or print it from your browser.
Receipts stay available for as long as your account exists, so you can retrieve an old one years later, useful when a payment is questioned or an accountant asks.
Downloading one receipt now for each payment you have made takes two minutes and saves a scramble later. File them in the same folder as your business licence.
Paying by mobile money and want proof for someone outside your business? The receipt shows the amount, date, plan and site it covers, everything a supplier, landlord or partner needs to see that the website is a real, paid-for asset.
No receipt showing for a payment you made? Note the exact amount, date and the mobile number or PayPal email used, then message us, we will trace it and issue the receipt.
