You pay from your phone with the wallet you already use. We accept EVC Plus, eDahab, ZAAD and SAHAL.
- 1At checkout, enter the mobile number of the wallet you want to pay from.
- 2Approve the payment request that appears on your phone with your wallet PIN.
- 3Your subscription activates automatically within moments, no receipt to send, no waiting for a person.
Numbers starting with 62 (some eDahab lines): those handsets do not receive the approval pop-up. Instead you are taken to a secure eDahab page to enter your PIN there. It is one extra step and a little slower, but the payment verifies just the same, you do not need to contact anyone afterwards.
Charged but nothing happened? Wait five minutes and reload the Billing page, activation sometimes trails the payment slightly. Still nothing after that? Read Paid but not Pro below, or message us with the number you paid from.
