Take your site offline, or cancel

Updated 2026-08-24

Unpublish = boggaaga isla markiiba wuu jiifmayaa. Cancel = dib u cusboonaysiin ayaa la joojinayaa, bogguna wuu shaqeenayaa illaa dhamaadka muddada aad bixisay.

These are two different actions, and mixing them up causes most of the confusion we hear about.

Unpublishing hides the site immediately. Use it for seasonal closures, renovations, or while you rework the content. Open your site's settings in the dashboard and turn Published off. Turn it back on when you are ready, nothing else changes.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan keeps running and your site stays online until the end of the year you already paid for, you lose nothing you paid for. After that date the site goes offline and the included domain stops renewing with us.

Unpublishing does not cancel billing, and cancelling does not hide the site today. Decide which one you mean before you act, and if you meant both, do unpublish first, then ask us or cancel the renewal.

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email from your account address and say cancel. We confirm in writing the exact date your service ends.
